Easy 30-Day Returns Policy
We care about your satisfaction. That`s why returns to NewItemExpress are fast & easy! If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to NewItemExpress within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below:



Eligibility Conditions
Please read conditions below. If all conditions are not met, NewItemExpress reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee.

All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
NewItemExpress is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
NewItemExpress is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.


Final Sale & Nonreturnable Items

Unwrapped TVs, combos and monitors 37" and larger
Unwrapped/opened computers and computer software
Electronic software downloads
Unwrapped consumable items (e.g., film, tapes, paper, bulbs, CD, DVDs, ink cartridges, etc.)
Any computers built or modified by NewItemExpress to customer`s specifications
Special order merchandise or any item indicated on the website as nonreturnable
Underwater equipment that has been submerged
Unwrapped educational tapes and books
Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer`s equivalent model


Exchanges
Please allow 3-5 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed.



Refunds & Credits
Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued no sooner than 10 business days after the date of purchase.



Return Instructions

STEP 1
REQUEST AN RMA NUMBER (Return Merchandise Authorization)

You will receive your return instructions.

When you receive your RMA, you will have options as to how to receive your refund:

Credit back to your Original Payment Method
Store Credit

STEP 2
PACK YOUR ITEM

Place your item in the original manufacturer`s packaging.
Place the original package into a shipping carton.
Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer`s package.

STEP 3
SHIP YOUR ITEM

The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box.
Print the label you received in the email and tape it to the carton.
We recommend you ship via insured shipping service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
We will take care of the rest for you! Once our Returns Department has received and inspected your return, your refund or exchange will be issued.
